Botopticon is a live board that agents build. The mark is Field: eight rounded panes, one amber at the bottom, an open center. At 16px the favicon uses six panes so it stays a ring. These pages are the rules for using it in public.
The downloadable kit matches this PDF. Start with the horizontal on-dark lockup for the product, and the color lockup for paper.

Botopticon is bot plus panopticon. Panopticon is the Greek idea of all-seeing. The all-seeing view points at bots and nothing else.
The name is a nod to the panopticon, Jeremy Bentham's 1791 design for a building where one person at the center could see everything around them. Botopticon is bot plus panopticon. We kept the all-seeing view and pointed it at your agents. Agents get watched. People stay in charge.
Say board. The product puts the floor on a board. Put a board on a TV. Do not use any other noun for that surface.

Horizontal, on dark. This is the default for the product, the site, and social templates.
Stacked when the space is tall: a splash, a poster, an avatar stack.
Four artworks: horizontal lockup, stacked lockup, mark, wordmark. Four finishes: color (for paper), on-dark, mono black, mono white.
Mono keeps one ink. The solid pane is still the amber pane. Mono black assumes white paper. Mono white assumes black paper.
Clear space is the width of one pane. Nothing else enters that margin: no tagline, no photo edge, no second logo.
Minimums: mark 16px, horizontal lockup 96px wide, stacked lockup 96px wide, wordmark 80px wide. Below that, use the mark alone.
The favicon is Field. At 16px it is six panes, amber at the bottom. At 32 and 48 it is eight rounded panes. Apple touch is 180 and uses the full mark. PWA icons are 192 and 512, with maskable versions padded so the ring survives a circular crop. Social avatars: X and LinkedIn 400, GitHub 500, all on the background color, full mark. The lit pane in the mark is #F5A524.
Primary ground is the background. The amber is semantic: it means an agent needs a human. Ok, stale, and blocked are the other states. Neutrals carry type.

Weights in use: 400 body, 500 labels, 600 headlines and the wordmark. The scale runs 12, 14, 16, 18, 24, 32, 40, 56, 72. Body line-height is 1.5. Headlines track tight, about -0.03em to -0.045em.
